Making or attempting to make a video or audio recording in classroom or library instructional settings whether in-person or online, and the distribution of such recordings or other course materials, without explicit permission from the instructor is prohibited. In addition, the recording of fellow students for distribution without explicit permission is also prohibited. Prohibited recording includes, but is not limited to recordings using the platform, a cell phone, tablet, video camera, audio capture, device, etc.
If a student violates the policy they would be charged with Article III, Section B, Number 11 “Violation of published University rules, policies, or regulations or terms of the Residence Hall Contract”
