Career Development

Explore Possibilities. Build Your Future!

Career Development is committed to helping students and alumni explore possibilities, gain experience, build confidence, and prepare for careers of their choice. Through individualized coaching, career education, employer connections, internships, networking opportunities, and professional development resources, our team supports students at every stage of their career journey.

Career Development serves undergraduate students, graduate students, alumni, employers, faculty, families, and community partners. Whether a student is exploring majors and career paths, searching for internships or jobs, preparing for graduate school, or developing professional skills for today’s evolving workforce, we are here to help them succeed.

We encourage students to engage with Career Development early and often to make the most of their Monmouth experience. Taking an active role in career development helps students connect their education to future goals, build confidence and professional skills, gain valuable experience, and maximize opportunities both during college and after graduation.
