Procedures for Requesting Disability Related Accommodations
Services are available to students with disabilities through the Department of Disability Services for Students (DDS). Students seeking disability related accommodations can begin the registration process by completing the Confidential Registration Form located on the DDS website or by contacting the office for more information at dds@monmouth.edu. A DDS staff person will explain the registration process and how to submit documentation in order to be considered for accommodations.
A copy of the University policy and procedures regarding accommodations can be obtained from the Office of Equity and Diversity (Great Hall, room 307), or on the Monmouth University home page by selecting “Campus Life.” Refer to “Disability Services” in the Campus Services section for additional information regarding support services for students with disabilities.
