History & Anthropology

The Anthropology Minor

The anthropology minor provides students with a broad background in anthropology, the comprehensive scientific study of people and their societies, past and present around the world. Students take course work in cultural anthropology, archaeology, and physical anthropology.

The minor complements many major courses of study, particularly Criminal Justice, History, Psychology, Sociology, and Social Work.

For required courses, please see the Anthropology Minor Curriculum Chart.
