Hi, I’m Chloe! I just recently switched my major from biology to chemistry as a sophomore here at Monmouth. Despite the switch, I still plan to pursue a medical degree and become a surgeon! As someone who started college feeling nervous and unsure about how well I would do in general chemistry, faculty and SI leaders helped me build confidence in mastering what I was learning and helped me keep up with the class when topics got more challenging. As an SI leader myself, I hope to encourage other students to realize their ability and prove that chemistry can really be understood and even exciting with a little extra help.
