Each club, organization or sports team is invited to put forward the name(s) of nominees from their group or team for the 4 categories noted below. Nominations are due by 3:00 pm on Thursday, September 23, 2021. Nominees Must Do the Following:
- Be considered an active student leader within their organization, team or within the Monmouth University community.
- Nominees must submit an appropriate business casual headshot of themselves (no group photos), NO EXCEPTIONS. Nominees who do not submit their picture by this time will be considered invalid and removed from the voting portal. Voting
- The voting will take place online through the Monmouth University myMU Portal. It will begin at 12 noon on Monday, September 27 and will end at 12 noon on Tuesday, September 28.
- The winners (Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors) will be announced at the Hawk Walk/Pep Rally, as well as the top three nominees for King and Queen.
- The winner for King and Queen, as well as the underclassmen winners, will be announced during half-time of the football game on Saturday, October 2 at approximately 2:00 pm.
- Nominees are in proper category (credits earned) based on anticipated graduation year.
