Summer Tech Camp Will Not Be Offered This Season
We understand this may be disappointing for students and families who were looking forward to participating, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Although Summer Tech Camp will not be held this year, our commitment to inspiring the next generation of technology leaders remains stronger than ever.
Our department is continually investing in new curriculum, emerging technologies, and engaging educational experiences, and we look forward to announcing future youth programs that continue our tradition of innovation.
Thank you for your continued support of Monmouth University’s Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering.
Designed for Students Grades 6–12
Each week combines hands-on learning with Monmouth’s beautiful West Long Branch campus environment. Learn RPG Maker, from Gotcha Gotcha Games who have made video game development accessible to all skill sets for 30 years. From the introduction of the interface to more complex features, you’ll create and complete your video game vision. Each week, we focus on complementary aspects to the video game industry; comic creation and 3D modeling/printing. Campers will leave Tech Camp with digital portfolio development skill to showcase their work.
