Monmouth provides technical support to their students, faculty, and staff in the form of Help Desk, training, computer support, and media. This support is provided in person, via email, or over the phone.
The Help Desk is located in Room 357 on the third floor of Edison Hall. You can contact the Help Desk by calling (732) 923-4357 (HELP) or by emailing email@example.com for assistance with any aspect of Information Management.

Student Help Desk
The Student Technology Assistant Program (STAP) also maintains a Student Help Desk which offers peer-to-peer assistance to Monmouth University students with a variety of services ranging from help with cleaning viruses from their personal devices, connecting to the MU network, webpage creation, and a variety of software packages used at the University.

The Student Technology Assistant Program, known as STAP, employs Federal Work Study students and graduate assistants who help fellow students with their technology needs.
Lab Assistants in the program make certain that the computer labs and classrooms are stocked with paper and toner and that the computers and printers are in good working order. They are able to assist students working in the labs with software used at Monmouth.
