Fines for Improper Use of Decals

1. Alterations and/or the transfer of parking permits or decals is prohibited.
2. A fine and disciplinary action will be assessed for:
   1. Misrepresentation in obtaining a parking decal.
   2. Obtaining a decal through improper procedures.
   3. Fraudulent or illegal use of a decal.
