Families play an important role in students’ career development and professional success. Career Development partners with students throughout their time at Monmouth to help them explore career options, gain experience, build professional skills, and prepare for internships, graduate school, and employment after graduation.

We encourage students to engage with Career Development early and often, not just during senior year. Career readiness is a process that develops over time through experiences, conversations, involvement, and reflection.

How Career Development Supports Students

Career Development provides individualized support and resources to help students:

Students can meet one-on-one with Career Coaches and attend workshops, employer events, networking programs, career fairs, and industry panels throughout the year.
