The primary functions and objectives of the Kislak Real Estate Institute are:

The Kislak Real Estate Institute at Monmouth University offers a uniquely personalized educational experience. Students can obtain a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. The curriculum includes courses such as Real Estate Law, Real Estate Appraisal & Valuation, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Leasing, Real Estate Development and Real Estate Modeling. In addition, students have opportunities to gain practical skills including Argus, Excel and ArcGIS.

For established professionals who are looking to obtain specialized knowledge within the commercial real estate field, we offer a Certificate Program, a multidisciplinary program that would suit individuals who must make real estate decisions as investors, asset managers, consultants, developers, or officers of financial institutions. Professionals in allied fields such as architecture, accounting, and financial services will find that this program provides the conceptual and practical skill needed for a productive career related to commercial real estate.
