The certificate program offered through the Kislak Real Estate Institute is a multidisciplinary program that serves established professionals who make real estate decisions. This can include investors, asset managers, consultants, developers, officers of financial institutions, and many others. Those pursuing the certificate have careers in many different fields—including architecture, accounting, and financial services—and take courses focusing on a variety of topics. In order to complete the program and receive a certificate from the university, five courses must be completed.

Courses are offered in the evening and are taught by real estate professionals and professors in Monmouth’s Department of Economics, Finance, and Real Estate.
