About the Institute

When a group of real estate industry professionals started the real estate education program at Monmouth University, we hoped to provide advanced education for real estate professionals in a certificate program conducted in a university setting. With the transformative gift from the Kislak family in 2006, Monmouth and the Leon Hess Business School added the undergraduate education for the next generation of real estate leaders. Today, the Kislak Real Estate Institute boasts hundreds of graduates in the real estate industry who are fulfilling their dreams and enhancing this dynamic industry.

“Thank you for helping the Kislak Real Estate Institute within the Leon Hess Business School at Monmouth University continue to soar by keeping our students and academic excellence at the forefront.”

Raj Devasagayam, Ph.D.
Dean, Leon Hess Business School
