Note: Many devices using Wi-Fi will not connect to our network unless it supports WPA2-Enterprise. You will need a network/Ethernet cable (available for purchase at the Monmouth University Store) to connect your computer to the network port in your room (blue wall connector; red is for telephone).
Game Console, Blu-ray Player, Xbox, Playstation etc.
- If your device does not support WPA2-Enterprise, you must connect these devices using an Ethernet cable.
How To: Register your Game Console
- Click this link or in your Web Browser, type the URL http://its.monmouth.edu/devreg/.
- Enter the Wired, RJ-45, Ethernet MAC address of your device and click Continue. If you need directions on obtaining this number, click the hyperlink corresponding to your device type that is found on the page.
- Enter your Monmouth University Student ID number (with the “s” in front of it) into the username box.
- Enter your Monmouth University password into the password box.
- Click Login.
- Once you are done inputting all the required information, please allow up to 24 hours for your request to be fulfilled.
