The Department of Mathematics was well represented at the Rutgers Mathematics End of Year (RUMY) Conference, where four faculty members joined colleagues from across the region to discuss the future of undergraduate mathematics education and share innovative teaching practices being implemented in their classrooms. Through presentations and discussions, the conference fostered the exchange of ideas aimed at enhancing student learning and strengthening mathematics instruction.
Representing our department were Kara Teehan, Amreeta Choudhury, Paige Gleason, and Sandra Zak, who each presented on their respective areas of expertise, showcasing the department’s ongoing commitment to excellence in teaching, curriculum development, and student success.
