Cynthia M. Daly currently serves as senior vice president, head of underwriting, and as member of the investment committee for Four Springs Capital Trust, a private real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on building a diversified portfolio of single tenant net-leased properties. In this capacity she has integrated a system of policies and best practices for all phases of due diligence, underwriting, and asset management, with a focus on continuous improvement from the company’s start-up phase to the present. She previously served as director of acquisitions for the company. Prior to joining Four Springs, Daly was executive vice president and a member of the board of directors of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation, a publicly-traded REIT focused on net-leased industrial properties. She began her real estate career in the commercial real estate lending departments of several regional banks in New Jersey. She is the founder of Sand Dollar Investments, LLC, a real estate consulting firm. Daly is an adjunct instructor in the online MBA program of Southern New Hampshire University on the topics of economics and organizational leadership and decision-making. Daly earned a B.A. from Lafayette College and an MBA from Monmouth University.
