Join renowned Beatles scholar Ken Womack for an in-depth examination of the group’s unparalleled musical achievements. With each new session, the class will explore yet another album, tracing their phenomenal growth from “Love Me Do” and Please Please Me (1963) through the band’s spate of classic LPs from Rubber Soul (1965) and Revolver (1966) through Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band (1967), The White Album (1968), and Abbey Road (1969).
Get together with other music enthusiasts on Tuesday nights to discuss some of the greatest records of all-time! Listen to the album beforehand and then come prepared to discuss. This event will feature Genesis, The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway. This event is offered BOTH in person and via Zoom. Join us in person at the Bruce Springsteen Center for American Music on the Campus of Monmouth University or join us via zoom. Free and open to the public, but registration is required.
