Physical Therapist Alliance Orthopedics, the region’s most dynamic multidisciplinary practice, is seeking an energetic, motivated, and articulate team player to join our team! Our Physical Therapists provide direct patient care working side-by-side with our conservative care team of chiropractors, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, exercise physiologists, and more! PTs are an integral part of our sports medicine team, and function additionally as liaisons to our medical doctors, orthopedic surgeons, functional medicine practitioners, and pain management physicians. A licensed physical therapist brings a unique role and perspective to the rehab floor of our practice. Who We’re Looking For: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited education program Passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE) Completion of the American Physical Therapy Association residency program (preferred) Valid New Jersey Physical Therapy License Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and physical therapy programs Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills, especially the ability to show compassion for patients coming from all walks of life Comfortable with EMR systems and timely documentation Someone who brings energy and raises the standard for everyone around them Willingness to challenge patients, other team members, and yourself!
