About the School

The Marjorie K. Unterberg School of Nursing and Health Studies offers programs for individuals at all levels of education and career experience interested in healthcare. Students and professionals can take advantage of the University’s health studies, health and physical education, physician assistant, pre-licensure, RN to BSN, RN to MSN, MSN Bridge, RN to MSN Direct, Doctor of Nursing Practice, post-master’s and post-baccalaureate certificates, and continuing education programs. The university also offers a Physician Assistant (M.S.) graduate program.

The baccalaureate degree program in nursing/master’s degree program in nursing/Doctor of Nursing Practice program and post-graduate APRN certificate programs at Monmouth University are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.

Physician Assistant Program

Prepare to meet the increasing need for healthcare providers and practice medicine with the supervision of a physician at one of three physician assistant programs in New Jersey. Our program prepares students to enter this highly sought-after profession.

New & Enhanced Facilities

Our clinical facilities include skills-based laboratories dedicated to our Physician Assistant and Nursing students. These facilities include fully functioning patient stations and a nursing simulation lab in order to deliver hands-on clinical training experiences for our future healthcare professionals.
