How To: Student Instructions for Installing Office on Home Computer

  1. You should be working on the computer where you would like Office installed.
  2. Start at myMU or go to
  3. Login with your student username and password, then go into your e-mail.
  4. Click on Office 365 in the top left corner. For Macs, click the waffle icon and then Office 365.
  5. Click Install Office 2016
  6. Follow the prompts to install and activate Office 2016.
