Join us for our virtual networking event – Journey to Social Change Work for Students and Professionals. Hear from global speaker panelists in the arenas of Indigenous rights and decolonization, LQBTQ+ support, academia and research on health disparities, women’s rights and climate change, and career transitioning for youth. Networking breakout room sessions will occur at 12:35 PM for a more intimate discussion and networking opportunities in your area of interest. A general Q&A will then bring us back together and end our session.
Description
This event will create a space where young and new social change agents can learn, network, voice concerns, and leave inspired. The event will feature speakers that support the audience’s drive for social work and social change. The event will also provide an opportunity for youth audiences and professionals alike to connect with each other, providing a networking opportunity and a platform to learn from each other. Lastly, social change and advocacy work will be celebrated and appreciated!
