Measure 1 (Initial): Completer Effectiveness (R4.1)
EPP Annual Reports
Each year, the New Jersey Department of Education provides this data in the Evaluation Results and Impact Data sections of its EPP Annual Report. The 2023 Annual Report has not been provided by the state at this time. It will be added here once it is available, likely in August of 2024.
Measure 2 (Initial and Advanced): Satisfaction of Employers and Stakeholder Involvement (R4.2, R5.3, RA4.1)
Employer Satisfaction Surveys
Employer survey data for the 2022-2023 academic year are currently under review. These data will be added to the site as soon as possible before the Fall 2024 semester. Previous data from the Employer Survey for initial programs may be found below. Surveys were paused during the pandemic and have only been recently reinstated. The advanced programs were under a phase-in plan; their data will be shared after the next administration of employer surveys.
Completion Rates:
- 2019 Employer Survey Data: 13 responses / 25 surveys sent = 52% response rate
- 2018 Employer Survey Data: 10 responses / 31 surveys sent = 32% response rate
- 2017 Employer Survey Data: 46 responses/ 153 surveys sent = 30% response

Measure 3 (Initial and Advanced): Candidate Competency at Program Completion (R3.3)
Exit Surveys
Each semester, teacher candidates complete a survey rating their self-efficacy in their teaching practices at the end of their full time clinical practice. The self-assessment data can be found below.

Performance Assessments
The State of New Jersey had required EdTPA as a performance assessment through the Fall 2022 semester. The Candidate Pre-service Assessment of Student Teaching (CPAST) has been used as the performance assessment since Fall 2022.
Measure 4 (Initial and Advanced): Ability of Completers to be Hired (in Positions for Which They Have Been Prepared)
EPP Annual Reports
The EPP Annual reports include the following Employment Outcomes and Compensation Data by Heading: Employment by Certification Area, Compensation by Region, Employment by School Classification, Employment by School Category, Employment by School Classification, Employment by Five Largest Provider. Each year the report format changes, therefore specific page numbers may change. The 2023 Annual Report has not been provided by the state at this time. It will be added here once it is available, likely in August of 2024.
