Students are considered for admission to Honors School if they:
- Are admitted to Monmouth University with a minimum 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale and a combined Evidence-Based Reading and Writing and Math SAT score of 1250 or 26 on the ACT. Students who present these qualifications on their applications are evaluated individually for admission as an Honors student. The mid-50% of Honors students typically have between a 3.65 and 4.0 GPA and between 1260 and 1320 on the SAT, equivalent to 26 to 28 on the ACT.
- Earn a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale after taking 12 credits in the first semester at Monmouth University
- Transfer to the University with at least 30 credits in an acceptable program and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 in all previous college-level work; and are approved by the Dean of the Honors School.
