Rajnarind Kaur joined Monmouth University as an Adjunct Professor in 2021 and is teaching Strategy and Global Management.

She has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics (concentration in Finance), Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology, and Minor in Mathematics from Rutgers College, Rutgers University. Professor Kaur also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy, Finance and Leadership, from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University.

She has worked at Credit Suisse, JPMorgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, and Prudential Financial, and is currently a Wall Street executive who is passionate about having an impact and making a difference.
