Summer Intern Housing Application | Conference and Event Services

Thank you for your interest in the Summer Intern Housing Program here at Monmouth University. Please complete this application in its entirety. All applicants must submit an internship verification letter from your employer with your application.

If we are able to accommodate your housing request, we will confirm availability of housing at the end of April via email. At that time, we will provide information regarding your lease, rental and security deposit payment. A security deposit of $500.00 is required for all leases. This deposit is refundable at the end of your lease term less any damages/charges protected under the lease terms.

- Option B – Rental Payment due in two payments. 50% due upon lease signing via credit card only (expiration after August 2024). Remaining balance, plus a $25.00 administrative fee, will be charged to the credit card on file June 30, 2024.
