As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will:

  • Direct the team to develop new internal policies, guides, or instructions, or recommend additional policies and procedures or modifications to existing guidance to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial operations.
  • Compile data and prepare complex administrative and management reports that emanate from the Organization.
  • Develop criteria for evaluating long-range programs and administrative functions, implementation plans with milestones, timetables, audit trails, and evaluation procedures.
  • Review and evaluate managerial policies and procedures to determine gaps where additional guidance is needed and analyze the impact of new or proposed legislation on agency operations.
