As a Supervisory Grants Management Specialist, you will:

  • Oversee grants administration activities across the grant lifecycle, including reviewing applications, budgets, state plans, financial reports, award actions, monitoring results, audit findings, and closeout documentation for compliance with Federal requirements.
  • Supervise and support grants management staff by planning and assigning work, setting priorities and deadlines, evaluating performance, providing coaching and training, resolving administrative issues, and recommending awards, promotions, disciplinary actions, or workforce development needs.
  • Coordinate and advise on complex grants issues by working with program officials, financial management staff, contractors, grantees, Federal partners, workgroups, and senior leadership to resolve concerns, strengthen stewardship of Federal funds, and improve grants administration.
