The State of Connecticut, Department of Children and Families (DCF), Revenue Enhancement Division, is seeking to fill a part-time, twenty (20) hours per week, Quality Assurance Reviewer position. This position is critical in supporting DCF’s responsibilities around Title IV-E eligibility, claiming, and reimbursement, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state requirements.

YOUR ROLE
The Quality Assurance Reviewer will be responsible for conducting structured quality assurance reviews of Title IV-E eligibility determinations for foster care, adoption, subsidized guardianship, and prevention services.
The position will review case documentation and eligibility determinations for accuracy and compliance, identify trends and areas for improvement, and assist with monitoring and implementing Title IV-E State Plan requirements. The position will also support federal audits and program reviews by assisting with documentation, identifying corrective actions, and monitoring compliance outcomes. The Quality Assurance Reviewer will collaborate with program, fiscal, policy, and other agency staff to communicate QA findings, provide recommendations, and support consistent application of Title IV-E requirements. The position will also assist in identifying process improvements and strengthening the accuracy and reliability of eligibility determinations and related claiming activities.
