    • Responding to CAPP correspondence and sending out CAPP expiring hold notifications

  • Use a City vehicle to drive to service provider events and to pick up and deliver miscellaneous mail or other items

  • An interest in public service, government, and improving Los Angeles
  • Highly motivated, dynamic, and excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Google Drive, Gmail, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

Candidates must submit a resume and completed City of Los Angeles application (http://personnel.lacity.org/application.pdf) during the filing period.  These documents must be scanned as a single PDF file and emailed to desiree.guzzetta@lacity.org.  The subject line of the email should read: “LADOT – Project Assistant”.
