As a(n) Child Care Program Specialist, you will:
- Develop program guidance, special reports related to oversight and accountability, and guidelines concerning the ongoing operations of the CCDF program.
- Provide technical policy guidance on child care programs at the federal, state, territory, tribal, or local level.
- Identify and explore alternatives, outline options, and prepare comprehensive recommendations to ensure the development and implementation of effective child care programs.
- Prepare and deliver oral briefings or presentations on child care issues and concerns, as appropriate, to other staff, supervisors, higher-level officials, and outside organizations.
