The Student Technology Assistant Program (STAP) maintains a Student Help Desk in Howard Hall 111. The Student Help Desk is prepared to assist Monmouth University students with a variety of services. Students can receive assistance with cleaning viruses from their personal machines, connecting to the MU network, webpage and webquest creation and a variety of software packages used at the University.
To request services from the Student Help Desk:
- Call the University Help Desk at 732-571-3539 to request an appointment
- Stop by the Student Help Desk in Howard Hall 111
