Monmouth offers a range of housing options for students, including suite-style buildings and traditional corridor-style residence halls for first and second-year students and apartment-style living for upperclassmen.
University housing is guaranteed for first-year and sophomore students who submit their required housing contract and deposit by the deadline.
Please note: all first- and second-year undergraduate students of the University who do not live with a parent/guardian must live in a residence hall and participate in one of the University’s board plans. The University acknowledges the diverse needs of students and therefore reserves the right to grant permission for a first- or second-year student to live off-campus on a limited case-by-case basis.
