Heide Estes, Ph.D., professor of English, will present “Weather in Old English Literature” as a virtual presentation on April 10 at 11 a.m. as part of the bi-annual works-in-progress seminar, “Ecocriticism & Premodern Studies,” presented by the Medieval and Renaissance Studies program at the University of Missouri.
Estes is the author of “Anglo-Saxon Literary Landscapes: Ecotheory and the Environmental Imagination,” and was recently elected a member of the executive committee for the Old English Language and Literature Committee of the Modern Language Association.
