Monmouth University is pleased to announce that RightAnswers, Inc., the #1 provider of knowledge management and self-service solutions, has donated its RightAnswers Unified Knowledge Platform, implementation costs, Knowledge Management Certification, and other training classes along with other goods and services totaling almost $200,000 to the University.
The gift includes the complete RightAnswers Unified Knowledge Platform so that the University may expand its use of the product allowing students, faculty, and staff to find answers to questions and resolve their own information technology (IT) issues and find answers about other departments, quickly and easily from laptops, smart phones, and tablets.
The software is used by Instructional Management (IM) as well as the Information Management HelpDesk and other departments at Monmouth University.

Once fully implemented, students and employees will greatly benefit from the enhancements this state-of-the-art system will bring to our operations and customer support services.”
The RightAnswers Unified Knowledge Platform will also allow the University to support all departments that receive requests and questions, such as: Registrar, Human Resources, Financial Aid, Bursar, and others. With the platform’s multi-tenant architecture, each of these departments can create and update their own knowledge, allowing different audiences access to selected knowledge, securing what is confidential and sharing what is public.
