Interim Dean Mathbor Recognized by Business America  

Golam Mathbor, Ph.D., professor and interim dean of the School of Social Work, was recently named to Business America magazine’s 2024 list of Most Influential Non-Resident Bangladeshi.

Recognized for his educational work and leadership within the profession, Mathbor was listed as one of over 200 featured professionals.

Aside from his administrative roles, Mathbor additionally serves as the chair of the Commission on Global Social Work Education, a member of the board of directors of the Council on Social Work Education, the president of the North American and Caribbean Association of Schools of Social Work, and vice president of the International Association of Schools and Social Work.
