Western Monmouth Habitat for Humanity and Northeastern Monmouth Habitat for Humanity are partnering with Monmouth University to sponsor Habitat Homes for Hope 5K Run/Walk on April 1, 2012. Proceeds from the event will go toward the construction of two homes for eligible Monmouth County families.
The course will begin at the Monmouth University Kessler Field (Track and Football Stadium), loop through West Long Branch, then back to Kessler Field. Awards will be given to the top runners in their age categories.
Participants can register online. Registration is $25.

Western Monmouth Habitat for Humanity and Northeastern Monmouth Habitat for Humanity are affiliates of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian ministry dedicated to eliminating substandard housing worldwide.
