Angello R. Villarreal, adjunct professor in the department of World Languages and Cultures, is the first person in New Jersey to achieve the Global Seal of Biliteracy’s highest award, “Professional Fluency.” Villarreal is a Spanish & ESL teacher at Long Branch High School and is pursuing his doctoral degree in Educational Leadership at Monmouth University.
