Susan Meyer is an experienced educator and artist. Using both traditional and digital techniques, Meyer makes sculptures and installations exploring landscape, architecture, and the utopian instinct. Her work has been featured in museums and galleries across the United States, including Transmitter Gallery, Brooklyn, New York; Tang Museum, Saratoga Springs, New York; Flinn Gallery, Greenwich, Connecticut; the Museum of Contemporary Art, Denver, Colorado; the Korean Cultural Center, New York City; among others. Meyer’s work has been noted in Art Spiel, Impulse Magazine, Upstate Diary, Two Coats of Paint, Hyperallergic, and Whitewall Magazine. She has held fellowship residencies at MacDowell, Ucross, Anderson Ranch Arts Center, and Sculpture Space.

Meyer’s teaching at Monmouth is focused on foundations level courses.
