Professor McHugh earned both his B.A. and M.A. in history at Monmouth University. He is currently a Senior Archaeologist and GIS Coordinator at RGA Inc., a New Jersey based Cultural Resource Management Firm. He is interested in wide array of topics that include the coastal prehistory of New Jersey and American military history.
