Please complete the Monmouth Community Housing Form to request summer housing. A minimum 2 week stay is required for all rentals. Please see the housing form for current rental rate information and payment plans offered by the University.

We will be able to determine if we can accommodate your request at the end of April/early May – once all summer student housing placements are complete. If a unit is available that meets your time frame, we will confirm housing with you via email. All lease materials are sent electronically so please provide an email address that is monitored frequently. The Lease is a legal and binding document between the Tenant and the Landlord (the University). If a Tenant leaves early and breaks the lease, the Tenant is responsible for payment for the duration of the lease and no refunds will be issued.

Your signed lease, rental payment and a security deposit of $500.00 will all be due prior to your arrival – your lease will outline specific dates. The security deposit is fully refundable at the end of your lease term less any damages or charges outlined in your lease.

In addition to completing the application form, you must read and agree to the terms outlined in the information letter and the Tenancy Rules and Regulations.
