Youth Center Coordinator
Town of Natick – Recreation & Parks Department

The Town of Natick is seeking an energetic, creative, and community-minded Youth Center Coordinator to join the Recreation & Parks Department. If you’re passionate about empowering young people, building meaningful community connections, and creating engaging programs that make a lasting impact, this is an opportunity to help shape the lives of Natick’s youth.

As the Youth Center Coordinator, you will lead the planning, development, and oversight of year-round programs, activities, and initiatives for youth and teens. This dynamic role includes coordinating after-school programming, field trips, special events, and summer camps while fostering partnerships with schools, community organizations, volunteers, mentors, and instructors to expand opportunities for young people.

A key responsibility of this position is overseeing Natick’s Teen Center, a vibrant drop-in after-school space for middle school and early high school students. The Teen Center provides a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where teens can build friendships, explore new interests, develop independence, and become part of a community designed with and for them. Through a variety of recreational, educational, leadership, and enrichment programs, the Teen Center helps young people connect, grow, and thrive.

If you’re a collaborative leader who enjoys creating innovative programs, engaging with the community, and making a positive difference in the lives of youth, we encourage you to apply.
