What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a Workflow Coordinator to join our Donor Services team in North Wilkesboro. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan’s Purse are to help people in Jesus’ name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In the role of a Workflow Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:

Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ

Monitor and distribute incoming donor and non-donor correspondence received through the website, email, paper mail, and other communication channels

Review and distribute correspondence to team members or departments for timely follow-up

Help ensure donor communications are handled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with the established processes.

What are the qualifications?

Serve with Excellence

As a qualified candidate, you will have the following skills and experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one (1) to three (3) years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and administrative skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft programs, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
