The Idaho Botanical Garden (IBG) is seeking a friendly, organized, Visitor Services Coordinator to join our team. This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a dynamic office setting, and wants to contribute to a vibrant community space.
Responsibilities
- Answering a multi-line phone system and assisting in over the phone ticket sales, answering questions about the Garden and its programs
- Opening and closing Admissions Kiosk, greeting visitors, processing admissions and following outlined procedures
- Ability to navigate Altru, our membership software & Social Good our ticketing software
- Must have a flexible schedule to fill in & support the kiosk or store shifts
- Ability to work special evening events in our signature bar serving patrons
- Work evenings, days and weekends in visitor services position
- Keeping workspace clean and tidy
- Other duties as assigned

- Basic Microsoft office skills
- Ability to learn specialized software
- Square POS
Requirements
- Previous customer service Cash Handling /CC transactions experience preferred
- Flexible schedule with evenings, weekend, and holiday season availability
- Hospitality experience
- Tip Certified / Bar Service
