WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will:

  • Perform a variety of expert level management and Program analysis ranging from simple to complex, planning, managing and evaluating strategic initiatives and investments.
  • Propose solutions for use in complex program decisions.
  • Provide technical and administrative supervision to staff.
  • Perform the administrative and human resources management functions relative to the staff supervised.

Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:

  • Formulating policy in concert with innovation and industrial base expansion, and overall department policy.
  • Providing guidance to the division’s management in determining the impact of new regulations and statutes on programmatic practices and initiatives.
  • Initiating and/or participating in review and improvement of work methods and the structuring of positions to achieve optimum efficiency.
  • Utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze, evaluate, and/or improve the efficiency of internal administrative operations, organizations, or management.
