Job Title: Staff Training Manager Intern

What You’ll Be Doing: Joining a Political Action Committee

As a Staff Training Manager Intern, you will be designing, delivering, and overseeing digital education programs. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze knowledge gaps and training requirements across different departments, field teams, or volunteer groups
  • Build comprehensive online training modules, webinars, self-paced e-learning courses, and toolkits
  • Lead live online training sessions, virtual workshops, and onboarding programs for new hires
  • Partner with legal and political directors to incorporate correct campaign guidelines and messaging protocols into training
  • Track learner progress, review completion metrics, gather participant feedback, and optimize course effectiveness
  • Manage the online Learning Management System (LMS), training databases, and digital resource libraries

 

Qualifications

  • Majoring in or planning to major in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial Organization Psychology, Nonprofit Management, or Related Fields 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally 
  • Ability to give feedback constructively and help team members improve their performance 
  • Ability to dedicate at least 5 hours per week for four months (exceptions for Finals and Midterms)
  • Access to reliable internet connection and ability to check discussion messages, emails and texts once a day
