Launch Your Sales Career at Skyline Pharmaceuticals & Marketing

$20–30/hour + uncapped commission. Part-time hours built around your class schedule. A structured path from lead generation to closing your own deals.

We’re hiring 10 Sales Development Representatives for our Fort Lauderdale office, starting October 1, 2026.

A Clear Path, Not Just a Job

Most entry-level sales jobs hand you a phone and wish you luck. We built a three-phase path instead, so you always know what you’re working toward and what comes next:

  • Phase 1 — Lead Generation. Learn prospecting, qualifying, and CRM fundamentals. Hourly pay plus performance bonuses.
  • Phase 2 — Lead Generation + Closing. Start closing your own deals alongside prospecting, and become eligible for commission and additional incentives on top of your hourly rate.
  • Phase 3 — Full-Time Closing. Move into a full-time Sales Representative role with uncapped earning potential.

From there, the path continues: Sales Representative → Senior Sales → Sales Manager.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Prospect into hospitals, surgery centers, dermatology offices, fire departments, and cancer centers — a mix of warm accounts and new outreach, working from call lists our team builds for you.
  • Work through 75–125 dials a day. It’s real volume, and it’s the fastest way to get good — the reps who advance quickest are the ones who put in the reps.
  • Identify decision-makers, qualify accounts, and gather the information that helps our sales team close.
  • Manage your pipeline in our CRM — logging calls and notes, tracking opportunities, and moving leads from open to closed.
  • Train actively: role-playing sessions, building sales presentations, and one-on-one coaching with managers who have done this job themselves.
  • Join occasional field ride-alongs with sales managers to see how outside sales complements your inside efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Competitive and coachable. You want feedback, and you do something with it.
  • Willing to pick up the phone. You don’t need polish — that’s what training is for — but you do need to be comfortable starting conversations with people you’ve never met.
  • Accountable. You do what you said you would do, and your teammates can count on it.
  • Spanish fluency is a real advantage with our South Florida accounts. Other languages are welcome too.
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but attitude, work ethic, and coachability matter most.

The Details

  • Pay: $20–30 per hour depending on experience, plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses.
  • Hours: Part-time, roughly 15–25 hours per week, scheduled around your class schedule. Full-time is available for the right candidate.
  • Location: Onsite in our Fort Lauderdale office. This role is not remote — the coaching, training, and team environment are the whole point.
  • Start Date: October 1, 2026.

About Skyline

We are an NABP Accredited Wholesale Distributor licensed in all 50 states. We specialize in getting medical professionals the medications they need — including drugs on national backorder that are difficult to source anywhere else. When a hospital or clinic can’t find a critical product, we’re the call they make.

That gives you something real to sell. You’re not pushing a product nobody asked for — you’re solving a supply problem for people who take care of patients.
