Develop care plans based on resident learning needs and include families in education when appropriate

Coordinate care with nursing, leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

Participate in education and in-service programs to maintain professional competency

In Charge / Leadership Responsibilities (as assigned):

Oversee daily shift operations, including assignments and troubleshooting

Respond to emergencies and act as a clinical resource

Serve as liaison with nursing staff, leadership, physicians, and administration
