$15,000 Sign-On Bonus
Competitive salary based on experience (law enforcement, military, college, or language proficiency may increase pay).

Full academy training provided – no prior police experience required.

What You’ll Do

Enforce laws, maintain public safety, and respond to emergencies.
Patrol assigned areas by vehicle or foot to provide security and crime prevention.
Conduct criminal and traffic investigations.
Make arrests and testify in court.
Provide first aid and assist during emergencies.
Partner with residents, businesses, and government agencies to improve community safety.
Work varied shifts (days, evenings, midnights) with alternating schedules.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.
U.S. Citizen (or permanent resident with naturalization pending).
Valid driver’s license.
At least 20 years old (within 180 days of 21st birthday by academy start).
Able to pass background check, polygraph, physical ability test, and medical exam.

Preferred:

Associate degree (60+ credits) or higher in criminal justice or related field.
Prior military or law enforcement experience.
Foreign language or ASL proficiency.
Current police certification.
