- Walk-In ARNP – $80-$100 hourly
- OB Board Certified Physician – $130 hourly (call and back up call only)
- Hospitalist & ED back-up Physician – $2,100 per 24 hours
- Hospitalist, ED back-up, & OB Physician – $3,100 per 24 hours
Benefits/Salary: Per Diem employees are not eligible for benefits, but will receive Paid Sick Leave accrual (.025/hr.). Official salary range to be determined upon position and contract terms.

Coulee Medical Center is a 25-bed Trauma Level IV Critical Access Hospital with a very important job: to serve the healthcare needs of our rural community with the best in patient care, medical expertise, and personalized service. Based out of our new state-of-the-art, 66,000-square-foot facility near the famous Grand Coulee Dam, we provide professional medical services to the residents and visitors of the greater Grand Coulee area, the five surrounding counties, and the nearby Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation. From sports physicals and well-baby visits, to the management of diabetes, high blood pressure, and bone and joint problems, the Coulee Family Medicine Clinic delivers a broad range of acute, chronic and preventive medical services including Family Practice, Obstetrics, Behavioral Health, General Surgery, Endocrinology, Registered Dietitian services, as well as a Monday-Friday Walk-In Clinic. The clinic’s physicians, nurse practitioners and other professionals focus on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a variety of illnesses and medical problems to help lead our patients to a healthier life.
