About the role

This role demands precision, speed, and fluency in building complex financial models from scratch. You will work directly with our investment team on live analysis.

 

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain three-statement models, DCFs, and LBOs
  • Support deal analysis, scenario and sensitivity work, and valuation
  • Translate messy business assumptions into clean, auditable spreadsheets
  • The successful candidate will primarily support a live US Wealth Management investment strategy
  • This role offers significant exposure to a live transaction, hands-on execution experience, and the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility within a lean investment team.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree, or currently underway
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
    with demonstrated modeling experience — IB/PE internship, case competition, or equivalent
  • Advanced Excel fluency: INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays, keyboard-driven workflow (no mouse-only navigation)
  • Ability to build a model under time pressure with minimal guidance
  • Proactive, intellectually curious, and comfortable taking ownership in a lean team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Available to start immediately

 

Hours and compensation

  • $35.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience. 15–20 hours per week, hybrid in NYC, flexible around your class schedule.
